Meditation Elements
“Harmony” is designed as a beginning of the journey of learning to deeply relax mind and body. It offers a bit longer of a settling in period than many Yoga Nidras for those of us who need extra time to unwind.
Instead of intention setting, which can be disruptive to the mind and relaxation process, I’ve chosen to place a focus on the heart center and connecting to unconditional love.
There are periods of breath awareness, inner sanctuary, a body scan/ rotation of consciousness (there is a variation below with NO body scan), feeling sensations of heaviness and lightness, and feeling the sensations of balance and harmony, and ending with an invitation to rest and sleep for as long as you need.
Variation without a Body Scan
This variation has no body scan, the rest of the content is the same.
