Beautiful Spirit, Yoga Nidra - daytime
This meditation evolved from my need to calm, ground, release self-judgement, and have more self-compassion. It focuses on developing feelings of safety and support, peeling away layers of stress, creating balance, and connecting with the beauty that lives within.
Meditation Elements
There are periods of breath awareness, intention setting, a body scan/ rotation of consciousness (and a variation below with NO body scan), feeling sensations of irritation balanced with feelings of calm, and connecting to the pure essence of your spirit.
It ends with a prompt to guide you back to full consciousness.
Note: You may or may not have a clear intention, they are not always ready to make themselves known. Do your best to observe what may arise without expectation.
Variation with NO Body Scan
In the variation below the body scan has been removed, the rest of the meditation is the same.
