Yoga Glimmers: Restorative Backbend

A single pose restorative yoga practice for stress and the low back

I’m using two standard bed pillows and two yoga/ twin sized blankets in this video. Grab anything you have handy that will support your back and neck, and maybe a pillow or two for under your legs or knees. The body tends to tighten up if it is cold, so socks and a blanket can be helpful too.

Practice on the floor or on a bed.
