I had been planning to create some mini practices when I was reminded of Deb Dana’s term “glimmers”. She uses it to refer to the small things or moments that bring regulation to the nervous system, and a greater sense of wellbeing. For me the joy of yoga is in the calming of my nervous system, even a few minutes can help transform how I feel. So I thought glimmers fit for a mini practice that I hope brings you a bit of calm, balance, and wellbeing.
This one is a super simple, single pose, restorative yoga practice. It can be done anytime of day. I hope you find it helpful.
