Relaxing is Empowering
Real relaxation, I believe, is vital in creating happy, healthy, lives we love.
When we are able to relax, on a nervous system level, we enter a more optimal state for healing and growing. Relaxation lets our minds be more creative and open to new beliefs and habits. Our dreams become more achievable, and happiness naturally begins to grow from within when we feel calm and at ease.
For many of us, chronically stressed is more our norm than chill and happy. Chronic stress can leave our bodies stuck in a state of high alert where relaxing and being happy become really difficult, I know this state all too well.
Finding Ease
I have found Yoga Nidra guided meditation to be a profoundly helpful practice. In times of high stress and illness it has soothed my frazzled nerves and helped me to sleep. As my stress begins to peel away the practice often becomes a magical experience of conscious dreaming.
Yoga Nidra is a way to nurture your being, build a sense of ease within, calm your nervous system, unravel tension, and plant the seeds of what you wish to create in your life.
Yoga Nidra forms the foundation of “Radiant Being” and is accessible to a wide range of people, all you need to do is listen.
Nurturing Dreams
When we are relaxed we more easily uncover our heartfelt intentions, the ones that bring real meaning and joy into our lives. From there we can create visualizations, affirmations, vision boards, set goals, and take actions that align with our spirits, and that nurture wellbeing and happiness.
Collective Intention
Connection with others is also how we calm, feel grounded, improve our wellbeing, and grow. I hope Radiant Being becomes of space of meaningful connections and collective intentions.

I have a basic plan in mind for how this will flow and evolve over the next few years, and I’m looking forward to hearing what you want to focus on, and seeing how this all unfolds.
Subscriptions
I plan to start a bit slowly with content, in order to find a joyful flow. There will be at least one recorded meditation a month, with options that exclude the body scan for those who find that unpleasant.
There will be additional posts on wellbeing, with the goal of helping you build personalized practices and rituals that you find meaningful.
Free content will focus on stress reduction and relaxation.
Paid subscribers will have access in the coming weeks to meditations and content geared toward self-empowerment, intention setting, and vision creation.
